NOTICE OF UNITED STATES MARSHAL’S SALE OF REAL ESTATE
Pursuant to the Order Of Sale Of Real Estate issued out of the
United States District Court for the District of Kansas
in the above entitled case, I will, on Tuesday, the 12th day of December, 2017, at 10:00 o’clock A.M., at the front door of the Sedgwick County Courthouse, Wichita, Kansas, offer for sale at public auction and sell to the highest bidder for cash in hand, all of the right, title and interest in and to the following described real estate, commonly known as 604 Longbranch, Maize, Kansas 67101 and located in Sedgwick County, Kansas, to-wit: Lot 28, Block 6, Carriage Crossing Addition, Maize, Sedgwick County, Kansas.
Payment must be in the form of Cash, Cashier’s Check, Money Order or Certified Check made payable to the United States District Court and will be accepted as follows: Less than $25.000: Entire amount due at conclusion of sale; $25,000 to $100,000:10% down with the remainder delivered to the United States Marshal’s Service Office by close of the business day; More than $100,000 10% down with the remainder delivered to the United States Marshal’s Service Office within five (5) working days The contact person regarding inquiries about the above property is

This real property is levied on pursuant to the Order of Default Judgment and Judgment of Foreclosure and Final Judgment entered by the Court on October 6, 2017, Doc. 10, and the Order of Sale entered on October 24, 2017, Doc. 12, and will be sold without appraisal, subiect to any unpaid real property taxes or special assessments, and with a three (3) month right of redemption, to satisfy the Order of Sale.
